Bailout protest planned in Franklin County

A poll by Scott Rasmussen gives huge edges to Sen. Pat Roberts over likely opponent Jim Slattery in November, and the poll also said Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., now has a 20-point advantage in Kansas over Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., in the presidential race.
